Exchange & Refund Policy
Each item is fresh, handmade, and perishable, so returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been picked up or delivered.
If something isn't right with an order, please reach out — your experience matters.
Order Concerns
Any concern must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Please include:

Each concern will be reviewed and, if appropriate, may result in:

Store credit

A refund (issued at discretion)
Custom Orders
A custom order is made specifically for the customer and is non-refundable once preparation or production has begun.
Cancellations & Changes

Standard order: cancellations or changes must be requested at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery.

Custom order: cancellations or changes must be requested at least 72 hours before pickup or delivery.

Requests made after these timeframes may be eligible only for store credit, depending on the order's status.
Allergens & Dietary Information
This kitchen may process common allergens, including (but not limited to) milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While care is taken to reduce cross-contact, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
